Greek Style Pork Burgers

Give your next cook out a twist with these unique
pork burgers! Fresh, local ingredients will
make this one of your go-to summer meals!

• 8 frozen Indiana Pork patties
• zest of 1 lemon
• juice of 1 lemon
• pinch kosher salt/fresh black pepper
• 2 tsp dried oregano
• 2 4 oz containers of plain Greek yogurt
• 4 oz crumbled feta
• 2 TB chopped fresh mint
• pinch kosher salt/fresh black pepper
• sliced tomato and cucumbers for garnish
• baby spinach for garnish
• buns of your choice

Lay each of the patties in a shallow dish.

Sprinkle both sides with lemon juice, salt, pepper, lemon zest and oregano.

Meanwhile, add the yogurt, feta, mint, salt and pepper to a small bowl. Combine and set aside.

Grill or cook patties indoors until a thermometer reads 165 degrees. Remove from heat, place on bun and dress with Tzatziki, tomatoes, cucumber and spinach.
