Nothing says summer quite like a cup of fresh, farm-picked blueberries. Did you know that blueberries are only 80 calories per cup? While these little guys are delicious, they also pack a punch being high in vitamin C, Fiber, and Manganese, which all help the body process cholesterol! Here in Indiana there are many places where you can get locally grown blueberries. In fact, Indiana ranks 10th in blueberry production! The next time you’re looking for blueberries, try checking out some of our Indiana Grown members’ farms and markets!

Indiana Grown is administered by the Indiana State Department of Agriculture in partnership with Lieutenant Governor Suzanne Crouch.
