Zesty Italian Pasta

1 medium onion, cut into half slices

1 pound Italian sausage

2 14.5 oz. cans Red Gold petite diced tomatoes with garlic & olive oil

1 8 oz. can Red Gold Tomato sauce

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 16 oz. package pasta, cooked and drained

In a large skillet cook sausage and onion over medium high heat until meat is no longer pink; drain well. Add diced tomatoes and tomato sauce and heat through. Add pasta and cheese and blend together.
