Summer Carmel Farmers Market

Dec 30, 2020 | Aquaponics, Local Producers

Having been in business over two decades, Carmel Farmers Market is one of the largest farmers markets in Indiana. Even in the face of C19, our summer market, still had just over 70,000 visitors from May through September who patronized our nearly eighty vendors. CFM vendors sell only Indiana grown and/or produced edible or plant products. Vendors must produce themselves at least 50% of everything they sell at the Market. Any product they do not grow themselves can be supplied only through another farmer. No product purchased from middlemen of any type; such as auctions or commission houses; can be sold at the Market. We take no weekly vendors. And no crafts are allowed.

For this coming Summer Market, we would like to add new vendors of product categories that our customers have expressed an interest in. The four product categories for which we are looking are as follows:

  • Krauts
  • Lamb
  • Elk
  • Fish

If you grow or produce any of these items, and would like to expand your sales at one of the best farmers markets in Indiana, please send us an application. You can do so by going to our website, http://www.carmelfarmersmarket.com. Once there, click on the green and white telephone receiver icon at the upper left hand corner of the opening page. That will take you to our Prospective Vendor contact button.  Please click on that to fill out the application. Once we get that we will contact you promptly to explain our selection timetable and process.

We look forward to hearing from you.
