Katie Mysliwiec founded Needmore Coffee Roasters in 2014. Initially Needmore was roasting coffee at home and selling directly to customers at local farmers markets. In 2017, Katie expanded and opened a storefront location. The business was named Needmore Coffee Roasters after her elementary school – Needmore in Bedford, IN.

Needmore Coffee Roasters is a small batch, woman owned business that is dedicated to organic, direct trade & fair-trade coffee. Traceability of the coffee is very important as well as strong connections with growers. Needmore Coffee roasts their beans onsite 2-3 times a week. You can watch the process as you enjoy an item from the seasonal menu. In addition to espresso-based drinks and drip coffee, Needmore Coffee offers an rotating food menu.
