Cardinal Spirits is a craft distillery, cocktail bar and restaurant located in Bloomington. Cardinal opened in 2015. All parts of the distilling process are done in house using the highest quality ingredients, sourced locally whenever possible. The walnuts used in their seasonally released Nocino Walnut Liqueur come from Indiana and are collected by the Cardinal Spirits team during a specific weekend every fall. They offer distillery tours allowing you a glimpse into their award-winning & creative process. Cardinal Spirits is available at over 200 locations, throughout 11 states.
