Bloomington Chocolate Company, Bloomington IN
Linda Armes learned candy making and baking from her grandmother. Linda’s favorite thing to do as a child was help her grandmother make candy, cookies and desserts for the holiday season. Linda is the owner of the Bloomington Chocolate Company.
They use traditional techniques when making their chocolate. All of the chocolates are made in small batches, hand decorated, and hand packaged. Linda is focused on flavor, featuring chocolates with a fresh and bold taste often using seasonal and local additions. Linda carefully pairs Indiana wines with artisan chocolate to create a distinctive and unique truffle. Bloomington Chocolate Company has been a Bloomington staple for 18 years. In 2010, Linda added The Olive Leaf to her portfolio. The Olive Leaf is a tasting gallery featuring a broad selection of fresh extra virgin olive oils, aged balsamic Vinegars, rich wine vinegars, and specialty oils from all over the world.
