White Violet Center is a Ministry of the Sisters of Providence at St. Mary of the Woods. We are certified organic and have been dedicated to organic growing for over 20 years. Our five-acre gardens include a greenhouse and two high tunnels. We grow a variety of vegetables, herbs, and cut flowers. We also run a small farm store where we sell a variety of our own items as well as items from local businesses. Additionally, we have a flock of pastured hens and a herd of over 30 alpacas that provide luxurious fleece for use in yarn and other handmade items.
