How to make homemade yogurt

1. Heat milk to 180ºF
2. Cool the milk to 105ºF – 115ºF
3. Add yogurt culture (gently stir throughout the milk)
4. Incubate yogurt in YogoTherm Yogurt Maker for 4-5 hours
5. Place in refrigerator as it will thicken up then enjoy with adding your own toppings.
