  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • ½ cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 (14.5 oz) cans Red Gold diced tomatoes with basil, garlic & oregano, drained
  • ½ cup Trader’s Point Creamery Whole Milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ Tbsp. salt
  • 12 oz. penne pasta

Brown sausage in olive oil in large skillet or Dutch oven. Stir in onion and garlic and cook until tender.

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add salt and penne and cook until al dente. (Check directions on package.)

Stir milk, cream and tomatoes into the sausage mixture. Simmer until it thickens, stirring often. This will take 8-10 minutes.

Drain pasta and combine with the sauce. Heat through.
