Corn, Tomato and Sweet Onion Salad

1  14.5 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained

2  14.5 oz. cans Red Gold petite diced tomatoes with sweet onion, drained

3 green onions, sliced thin

1/3 cup  minced fresh cilantro

2 Tbsp. lime juice

1/3 rice vinegar

Kosher salt for flavor

In a large bowl, combine corn, tomatoes, green onions and cilantro. Pour lime juice over mixture and mix well. Stir in vinegar and sprinkle with kosher salt. Cover and chill for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Stir before serving.
