8 slices of Indiana Kitchen Bacon, cooked and diced
3 cans of baked beans
1/4 cup Jen’s Country Kitchen BBQ Sauce
1/8 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/ cup brown sugar
1 medium onion, diced
Cook Indiana Bacon, and then sauté onion in the drippings.
Combine all ingredients except for bacon and put into oven-safe casserole dish.
Top with diced bacon.
Bake at 350 for 90 minutes.
